RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at hello@auralis.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Drop off your package at any shipping location.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
