Our 30-Day Promise
We want you to love your AURALIS earplugs. If they're not right for you, we're here to make it simple.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items should be in the condition you received them, with all original components (eartips, case) included where possible. For hygiene reasons, we ask that returned earplugs be clean.
How to start a return
Email us at support@wearauralis.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. You won't be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.
Items that can't be returned
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact / approval
- Free gifts or promotional items

The fastest way to exchange is to request a refund for your original order and place a new one.
